Our Lambswool Alpaca Blend combines superfine lambswool with baby Suri Alpaca yarn for unparalleled softness and luxury. Superfine wool fibers, under 17 microns in diameter, are significantly finer than an average human hair, ensuring a soft and smooth feel. Sourced from the Andean plateau, Suri Alpaca is renowned for its silky coat fibers. These animals are carefully shorn annually, preserving fiber quality and animal welfare. The partially hollow fibers offer lightweight garments with excellent thermal properties. Expertly spun in Italy, this blend promises both comfort and superior performance.

Care
Washing Instructions
Hand Wash only
When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Care & Cleaning Products
Pilling
Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally 'pill'. These little balls of fibre or 'pills' are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment. Until then, they can be gently removed with our Pilling Comb.

Write a reviewOh my goodness, this is so lovely! I bought this using a voucher - I probably didn’t need another hat but, after deliberating for ages, I decided one can never have too many hats. The colour is perfect, although darker than the photo of it laid flat and closer to the photo of the hat on the model. It is soft and feels very warm and cosy. Another good feature is that it is made from natural materials with not even a whisper of synthetic fibres so my hair will not stand up on end when I take it off. I note that this beanie has sold out. I hope it returns next winter, perhaps in different colours.
