Celtic & Co. open new shop
Award-winning sustainable fashion brand Celtic & Co. has opened its brand-new shop located on the site of its head offices and warehouse at Indian Queens in Cornwall.
The grand opening took place on Tuesday 24th May, which saw customers eager to get through the doors to view Celtic & Co.’s collection of signature knitwear and eco-friendly summer designs.
Managing director, James Williams, said: “As our business grows and our collections expand, we needed somewhere to really showcase our premium quality products and provide our customers with a luxurious shopping experience.
“Our shop is now a multi-functional space where we’ll be able to host press days, private shopping appointments, and more bespoke events in the future.
“With Da Bara Bakery and Ellis Wharton Wines opposite us on the industrial estate just off the A30, and stores such as M&S and Next just five minutes away in Fraddon, we’re really becoming a perfect stop-off destination for those travelling in and out of Cornwall for their holidays.”
Founded in 1990 by Nick and Kath Whitworth, Celtic & Co. create premium clothing, footwear, and accessories using sustainable, natural materials which are kind to the environment and a pleasure to wear.
The new shop is Celtic & Co.’s only customer-facing premises since it closed its factory shop in Newquay in 2020. It is also the collection point for all ‘Click & Collect’ online orders, as well as the drop-off point for any Celtic sheepskin boots which require the company’s in-house repair service.
Opening times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm, and there is free customer parking available outside the shop. Saturday opening will begin from 30th July in line with the launch of the autumn collection.
