Product Details
Borrow from the boys with our chunky fisherman's rib jumper. The menswear classic gets a feminine overhaul thanks to a 100% lambswool knit for strokable softness. A marled, slightly textured effect lends further depth to this piece, while a laid-back cut and grown-on roll neck make it ideal for layering in cooler weather.
Roll up the sleeves to reveal your chosen midlayer, and tuck it loosely into slim-fit denim or stretch-leather leggings for a perfectly balanced silhouette.

Care
Washing Instructions
Hand Wash only
When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Care & Cleaning Products
Pilling
Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally 'pill'. These little balls of fibre or 'pills' are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment. Until then, they can be gently removed with our Pilling Comb.
Ratings & reviews
Write a reviewI initially bought the jumper in a medium for my daughter however, it was too big. Re ordered in a small which is a perfect fit. Very satisfied with the service, quality and fit of the jumper.
Bought this is in Fossil (light grey) If this was available in proper black I'd buy it immediately! Always have to go down a size in Celtic jumpers so went for small which fits well, it is an oversized jumper. It's very soft and light knit, super warm. I never wear right against my skin so no issue with the wider sleeves as have a fitted long sleeve t-shirt underneath. I do fold sleeves up though as they can get in the way a bit.
I bought the Indigo in a medium and it fitted perfectly, and I love it, so went ahead and bought a medium landscape colour which arrived today and is way way too big and am now returning it for refund. I have been contemplating buying the colour taupe but really don't know whether to choose a small or a medium as can't afford to buy both to see which one fits.

Thank you for your review, I will email you directly to see if we can be of further assistance Kindest regards Celtic & Co
I just bought my THIRD one of these. I can't say enough. When I wear it, I don't need a coat, but it is cozy - and not itchy at all. I like my sweaters roomy, but my first one was an XL and it's swimming on me. I would advise you try a size down from what you think you might need. The quality is impeccable. Again, highly recommend the investment.
Just...amazing. The quality, the softness - I bought two of these. They're not inexpensive, but I wore both of these through the entire winter. I did buy the XL, because I wanted "roomy" - but it's VERY roomy, so when I buy my third, it will just be in the L. Great with jeans, leggings - pretty much anything. Can't stress the softness and comfort of this sweater. Totally worth the cost in my opinion. I will have these for years.
Celtic is the go to place for my jumpers (and boots!) and I’m always really pleased with them but this jumper really let me down - the quality is fabulous (as always) but the fit is awful. Massively too big (both in width and length) and the sleeves are too wide- Although the jumper itself is warm because of the sleeve width the cold gets in. It was bought as a gift or I would have returned (and I opened it after the return date) iIf you are going to buy I would definitely recommend choosing a size down. (I see that the website has been updated to recommend you choose smaller sizes)
I’ve hankered after this jumper for quite a while but was a little reluctant to make the investment. Well I’ve taken the plunge and am very pleased with my purchase. The sleeves are rather long on me but the cuffs do fold back. I bought the XS (I am an 8-10) and it’s an easy fit with plenty of room for layers underneath. Lovely sweater.
Wonderfully well made jumper. Comfy and warm to wear. As in picture.
Absolutely live in this jumper during the cold snaps. So warm and cosy, a definite must have
I am 5ft 3 and had to send back the small to exchange for the XS which I’m glad I did. Very helpful customer service and I adore the XS. Very cosy, lovely quality and loving the landscape colour!
