This luxurious Alpaca Wool Blend combines soft alpaca and organic wool, featuring the renowned Suri Alpaca. Originally native to the Andean plateau in South America, Suri Alpaca is celebrated for its incredibly soft and silky coat fibres. These animals are shorn once a year to maintain the fibre's quality and safeguard the animals, keeping them cool in summer. The yarn is expertly spun in Italy into a bouclé texture, creating a unique and richly textured yarn that adds visual interest and dimension. The partially hollow fibres create lightweight garments with exceptional thermal properties, promising both comfort and style.

Care

Hand wash only in cold water using  Celtic Wool Wash. For more detailed instructions please see the care label. 

When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. 

To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. 

Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
