Care
All of our shearing outerwear garments are specialist dry clean only. They are pre-treated to resist marks and stains before they leave us, however, over time you may wish to reapply this treatment at home, and this can be done by using a high-quality protector spray, on the suede/leather side of your garment. Please ensure that you follow the instructions on the can and hold the product at the required distance so that the liquid cannot run down the garment. If your shearling outerwear does become marked, it can be easily sponged and brushed, but for a complete clean, please send it to a specialist dry cleaner.

Write a reviewA beautiful cosy coat which is actually quite lightweight despite appearances. I looked at it for quite a long time before purchasing it but I am so glad that I did. It's a perfect winter coat. Lovely quality and I bought a small size when I normally would buy a medium. It is perfect so be aware that it is big on size.
I’ve just realised that I seem to have missed reviewing the duffel coat I bought circa 2011! It is still treasured, yet practical. The newer versions look very similar. My purchase was tan sheepskin with a grey inner and I thought it’d keep me warm when all else failed! I have only worn it a few times in extreme cold, but when clad in this, I’m warm. My ‘old’ coat is pretty heavy compared with puffa coats, but I much prefer the natural warmth. Thankfully, the moth which has eaten most of my carpets seems to have avoided my lovely sheepskin (thus far 🤞).
I'm a US size 2 - 4 and 5'2". The XS is slightly too big but I'm keeping it anyway. It still looks nice on. The length falls just at the top of my knees which is good, otherwise it would have been returned. It's a wonderful coat.
A sumptuous coat which felt really cosy and warm. However, I have had to return this as, despite ordering an Extra Small size, unfortunately, it was far too big. Had it fitted I would have been delighted to have kept it.

This coat is beautiful, it a little on the heavy side, I have owned shearlings that were more lightweight . Beside that it is well made I am sure I will have it forever I purchased the med and glad I did I normally wear a large or 12, I listen to other reviews and ordered the med. which still give me room . Don't hesitate if your able buy it!
I have wanted this coat for a couple of years ,because of the price I’ve had to wait! I do not think it is expensive for what it is but it’s justifying buying it! I am so pleased I have it’s absolutely beautiful a bit sad the weather is so mild so I cant wear it yet but hopefully soon will. It’s a perfect fit for me I have many Celtic jumpers (size med I am a 12/14) but the coat is just right.
I have been looking for a sheepskin duffel coat and I was quite sure I would eventually find the perfect look I was after at Celtic & Co, and this choice is absolute perfection. My size M fits me like the model's size XS fits her - roomy but not overly so. I was undecided about size because several reviews indicated this coat ran very large, and because I am a US 10-12, whether to choose Small or Medium was somewhat of a dilemma, but your customer service suggested the Medium, and they were spot on. Even the hood is perfect - not too big, not too small. The coat is absolutely perfect, and I love the walnut color too. I'm so incredibly happy with this coat, I may order the navy too, or wait and see if a new color comes out next season. Thank you Celtic for making me look beautiful in my new duffel coat!!
A great sheepskin coat. Excellent quality and styling. I bought the walnut, which has a lovely distressed finish to it which would help to mask any marks caused by wear, rain etc. it is on the generous side - I am 5ft 8in, broad shouldered and normally a size 12 or medium in Celtic, but the small was the right size for me, still comfortable and not a snug fit even with a heavy jumper under it. I’m very pleased with it.
