Material
Made with 100% Sheepskin: There's a reason why we use sheepskin so much. This incredible material balances form with function, offering a chic look with lightweight insulation in the winter and temperature regulation when the warmer months roll around.
For these reasons and many more, we guarantee you'll be turning to this stylish investment time after time!
Please be aware that as sheepskin is a natural product, variances within the colour and texture of these products is to be expected.
Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size up unless you regularly buy down a half size.
Care
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.

Write a reviewThis is my second pair of the same style as the first one got accidentally covered in oil. Very pleased with the purchase.
Bought to replace my original Celtic & Co slippers that were falling apart after 4 years! I opted for the men's black & grey as I preferred these more neutral colours to the women's styles. Very high quality and cosy, feel snug to start with but they settle into a perfect fit. Look smart, love that they are made in the UK. There was some shedding of the sheepskin lining to start with. They are expensive but worth it if they last as long as my previous pair!
Great quality footwear that lasts a long time especially because I am disabled in a wheelchair wear then all day inside & outside. A good price considering how high the quality is.
I have been buying these slippers for my husband for over 15 years, he finds them warm and extremely comfortable.
I have been buying these slippers fir over 20 years, I wouldn't buy any others. Comfortable, warm and they wear really well.
My husband is delighted with these warm and comfortable slippers which I bought as a present, they come highly recommended.
The materials and construction are all top notch. I've been wearing these slippers daily for two weeks now. They're warm but not too warm. Like a hug for your feet. While you can find cheaper slippers, to get something like this with materials and construction in the UK, is an excellent value.
This is the third pair of Celtic bootee slippers which my husband has had. They are ideal for him as he is a diabetic with Raynaud's syndrome and his feet get very cold. They last extremely well, and he says they are blissfully comfortable.
Great quality slippers for a great price considering the very high quality of the slippers. They are warm and very comfortable.
I was fed up with much cheaper, "made in China" slippers which didn't fit well or last very long so I decided to go "up market" . I decided to shop online as most high street retailers have such a limited range and usually cheaper foreign imports. I wanted quality and to buy British....something we should all try to do these days, in my opinion. So, to the slippers.........beautifully made, a little tight at first but very soon bed in to a really comfortable, warm experience. I have only had them a week or two but so far, very impressed. I did jib a little at the cost but they really are top quality, although I cannot comment on durability as yet........but I do not anticipate being disappointed on this aspect of the product. Well done Celtic, 5 stars, the Best of British.
