Ratings & reviews
Write a reviewSuch a beautiful cozy super warm cardigan, the color is stunning for winter, and the quality is amazing, I am very happy with my order I feel like I found my style here :) It's my first order from C&C and I already have my eyes on another cardigan :D
Absolutely love this coatigan. It has just arrived and I know I will wear it A LOT! I have been looking at it on-line for a while as I was a little bit put off by the price. However now that it’s arrived I’m so pleased. I’ve worn it a few times and received loads of compliments. My friend has just bought one as well.
I LOVE this! I've been looking at it for perhaps a year now - put off a little by the price - but finally took the plunge. It's such a gorgeous, soft and warm thing to wear that I might never take it off again...shame we're just coming into summer!! For me this is an expensive item but it oozes quality and I imagine that it's going to be a favourite that's worn day in, day out for many, many years so I don't feel hard done to at all. This is my first step in trying to buy really good quality that lasts and is kinder to the planet and I couldn't be happier.
I've just washed this cardigan and going through your new in section today, saw that the same colour I have is back in your line-up. I thought I'd write a review and let those who are interested know that I've had this cardigan for nearly four years, have worn it many , many times and washed it as necessary. It still looks perfect, hasn't shrunk and doesn't pile. Despite its cost, it was such a good purchase, goes with everything and is a pleasure to wear.
I had been looking at these for ages after buying a Celtic and Co Donegal jumper from the John Lewis sale, but wasn't sure if I could justify the price. However, eventually I decided I would try the green one as I really wanted a long, warm cardigan without any buttons, ties, or zips to wear at home over other clothes. I couldn't find anything else that I liked the look of, was 100% wool and washable and so decided to go for it. As soon as I tried it on I knew I would be wearing it loads and taking care of it, hopefully for years to come. I love the speckled green, the shape, it really suits me, goes really well with most of my clothes, is stylish and not frumpy like a lot of cardigans. I am 53, 5'3, 9 stone, 34D, size 10-12 with a petite frame and the small fits me perfectly. I think a medium would have drowned me! I have been wearing it with 3 layers underneath, a thin silk vest, a thicker long sleeved merino top and then my Donegal jumper and the sleeves do not feel tight. This has been a great buy that I am so pleased with but I was also glad to have a 15% discount. Well done Celtic and Co for such a unique cardigan design, I am sure if you offer some different colours next year they will be very popular, the green was the one that appealed to me most of those on offer this year. I am not too keen on the neutrals, greys and browns around in a lot of shops at the moment, but also find the very bright colours in others can be too much for a cardigan like this, for me the speckled green was a great balance, looking slightly arty and fun.

Dear Annette, thank you for your lovely review and feedback. We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying your Donegal Hooded Coatigan :) Kindest regards, Celtic & Co. team.
I don’t often write reviews, but my husband bought me this for my birthday (at my suggestion) and 2 months later I feel I’ve barely taken it off. It is perfect, and so easy to wear - really warm, looks great, and big pockets for my phone etc. I felt a bit guilty about the price but it is clearly going to last for years so very much worth it. I love it!
A most useful and gorgeous coatigan . Love the colour as it goes with everything. I bought a size up as I wanted it super baggy and although roomy it's not as baggy as I hoped. I'm a 12 and bought large!
So warm and cosy!! Love it ❤️
Lovely cardigan. Gorgeous colour.
Lovely cardigan, just disappointed that not made in the Uk. Had many jumpers from you over the years and supporting local sustainable manufacturers is important to me.
