A classic with good reason, our regular height boots are created in British shearling of the highest quality, bringing you lasting style and durability. With each pair built on a tonal rubber sole offering optimum grip, these boots come with a choice of three heights to suit your style.
Double-stitched seams offer extra resilience and a heel back in shaved shearling will help to preserve the shape. Finished with leather-bound edges and the Celtic & Co. logo flag, these boots add a cosy and luxurious finish to anything from skin-tight leather trousers to vintage denim. Made with 100% Sheepskin: There's a reason why we use sheepskin so much. This incredible material balances form with function, offering a chic look with lightweight insulation in the winter and temperature regulation when the warmer months roll around.

Please be aware that as sheepskin is a natural product, variances within the colour and texture of these products is to be expected.
Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.
Care
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.

I was elated to have saved up money to purchase a pair of these boots to replace a pair of Uggs that wore out. I ordered my standard size US 8 in November. They were way too small so I couldn't really even walk around in them to test them out. I sent them back after not getting any help with fit/sizing from customer service in a reasonable timeframe (I tried calling 3 times on their timezone, left a message and smiled twice; heard back about 2 weeks later). I reordered these in a larger size after Christmas. It took them over a week and a half to ship and customer service again took twice that time to get back to my inquiry about if they were shut down, overloaded with orders, out of stock or whatever else could be causing the delay. In the meantime these new boots finally showed up. Two months later I finally have a pair of sheepskin boots that are my size and I thought were worth waiting for. I am SO disappointed I bought these boots. The soles are SO HARD and stiff it feels like I am walking on a plank of wood. I had hoped that with a little time wearing them, they would soften and mold to my feet, however they haven't one bit. In fact my feet hurt from wearing them for a short time around the house, as if I was walking all day barefoot on concrete. Now the little bit of shearling material that is on the inside bottom has packed down and is coming out in handfuls which means even less "padding". It was beyond a huge waste of time and money to get these. I am so disappointed in the whole experience and being stuck with this product. I should have stuck with Uggs even though they have gone down in quality in recent years; better price point and WAY better comfort. Now I am stuck with these boots that hurt my feet and I don't have any budget to get something that works. I imagine years ago the quality was better given the other rave reviews that I spent much time reading before purchasing these, however as is the nature of most things these days, the quality of components/ingredients to many products are subpar and substandard in an effort to cut costs, and we as the consumers get the short end of the stick. This is clearly what has happened with this product - while the quality and weight of the sheepskin on the foot/shaft of the boot itself is fine, the construction and rest of the components are cheap and uncomfortable. DO NOT BUY THESE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT THIS POINT. Koalabi is a much better alternative that I just discovered.

These boots were lovely and looked really well made. Unfortunately I couldn't get my foot in as they were too tight around the leg.
This is my 5th pair over the years I I just love the style and comfort I can be assured that my feet will be cosy and warm all day. Why buy Australian when you can buy British craftsmanship.
I bought these boots as indoor slippers. As predicted, they initially felt tight over my toes & slipped at the ankle. After a couple of days wear, they are perfect!
These boots are amazing. The color is beautiful, the boots are soft and warm but not hot! My feet are so happy. Snug at first but within hours they are a perfect fit. I wear a US 7.5 and ordered the 7.
Exceptional boots in every way. I'm wearing mine as slippers, as I sit for hours at my desk with freezing feet. No longer, thanks to these amazingly warm and cosy boots. They also look terrific and are made to last. Why buy Australian sheepskin footwear when you can support a British firm of such quality and with such a low carbon footprint?
Over a number of years I have bought quite a few items from Celtic & Co and have been delighted with each and every order. This time they really have gone above and beyond any expectations I had of them. An issue that was initially my mistake was corrected by the company without a mummer of discontent. From a recent order, this is the second size 4 Celt Original boot I’ve received, the first felt too big with my foot sliding out as I walked, I was so disappointed, After a few weeks of deciding what to do, I decided very grudgingly to return them and phoned customer services. I’m so glad I did, I was told that all sheeps’ fleece are different and that I should return this pair and re-order another, which is what I did. Fantastic, the second pair fit like a glove. Thank you Celtic for a fantastic customer service. I’ve already got one pair of Celtic Boots which I’ve had for a number of years, I’ve had them resoled and a seam re-stitched- but now they’re coming to the end of their life. I’m so glad I’ve now got a nice new pair to keep my cold feet warm over the winter. Thank you Celtic.
