This International Women’s Day we’re celebrating the leadership of some inspirational women at Celtic & Co. Here’s what they have to say about the spring collection we’ve launched and share their thoughts on why this day of commemoration and raising awareness is so important to them.

Why I love this outfit…
My sense of style is very simple. I enjoy classic cuts and shapes. This shirt is in a gorgeous chalk shade which gives the whole outfit a gentle, muted palette.
Euroflax linen is such a wonderful fabric for its texture and is sustainability. We garment wash all our euroflax linen, so it feels fresh and soft.
The loose fit of this shirt suits pretty much all bodies. I love the oversized look, it’s a very comfortable, confident way of styling clothes.
Reflections on International Women’s Day…
I was sent an article recently on the gender pay gap, and it made me reflect on how there’s still such a long way to go. Women should not be denied the promotions or opportunities that they deserve, and I feel like Celtic & Co. has a good legacy of championing women in their careers, and in their maternity and parental journeys.
We strive to raise women up. So, while we recognise there’s still work to be done, I want to acknowledge and celebrate the women who lead us at this company, and in other areas of our lives.

Why I love this outfit…
This dress compliments everyone’s shape and sense of style, it’s universally flattering. I love the print and the colour. This is the kind of piece you can wear to work, to lunches, to town, it’s so versatile.
Reflections on International Women’s Day…
Throughout my career, I’ve always been led by inspirational women. I’ve always been supported by female managers. Positive gender representation is so important. When you see other women in positions of leadership and responsibility, you believe it’s possible for yourself.
I’ve been so encouraged by these women in my life, I want to do the same for others now.

Why I love this outfit…
I’ve always worn dark colours, but recently I’ve been drawn to bright colours. It’s dopamine dressing, wearing clothes to lift your mood, to bring joy, have fun.
I usually go for an oversized, relaxed fit, and this dress is perfect for that casual, easy-going look.

Being a woman working at Celtic & Co, it’s been refreshing to feel understood, seen and supported. There’s a great understanding here of work/life balance, and as a mother, that’s so important to me.

Why I love this outfit…
This jacket, I love. It’s a great length, it can be a challenge to find a jacket cut like this, it just skims the hip. The V-neck on this nautical, striped top is also so flattering. This whole look is very clean but with a cool edge to it. And while these boots do have a heel, they’re the comfiest shoes!

I’ve been so inspired by the women in senior leadership positions at Celtic & Co. I like that this company doesn’t just represent women externally, in public-facing roles, but that we’re an integral part of this company. We hold vital positions of responsibility.

Why I love this outfit…
The colour of the jumper is stunning, it’s such a cheerful, bright blue, great for a spring wardrobe. It’s also unbelievably soft, and has some gorgeous detailing, like these ribbed cuffs to keep you warm in that spring breeze.

As a company with a customer-base that’s predominantly women, it’s crucial that this company is also led by women, so that our structure is truly representative of our customers. It’s very inspiring to be surrounded by women in a senior team like this.
