Washing Instructions
Hand Wash only
When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Care & Cleaning Products
Pilling
Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally 'pill'. These little balls of fibre or 'pills' are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment. Until then, they can be gently removed with our Pilling Comb.

Write a reviewUnlike all other wool leggings I have had, I love that the waist band is not restrictive and does not get tighter with washing. Although these are twice the price of my other styles, they are the ones I wear the most, and therefore, in the end, they are value for money.
A nice quality item but a bit lighter weight than I expected from the reviews. I'm a size 8 to 10 and 5 foot five. I bought the small in navy. They fit snugly on the hips, and the legs are legging style, with a slight looseness in places. The way the crotch is shaped (seamless) is a bit strange, to the extent that I would not wear them in public unless my hips were well covered with a long top! I would have exchanged for a more slouchy medium size but I think the ribbed waistband would make them too loose. Disappointing. However I can confirm they make cosy, if expensive, pyjama bottoms!
I returned these pants without even trying them on because they felt itchy to the touch.

Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear that they were not suitable for you. Kindest Regards Celtic & Co
Super soft and so comfy without seams as other have said. Great quality again. I got charcoal in large. Little long in the leg so I folded over, looks fine - I’m 5’4. Would purchase again but would size down to a medium. I will see how these wear before ordering more - appear to be good value based on receipt.
Received them promptly. They are just so cosy and easy to wear. Soft and warm. Have a pair in navy too. goes well with Donegal wool jumper.
This is my fourth pair of these, over several years. They are fabulous. No seams, very soft against the skin, don't go baggy, look great, and keep me warm. In the winter I practically live in them.

Thank you for your review. Kind regards Celtic & Co.
I bought these after the last Winter and therefore I only tried them on to check on fit and softness. Both are good and therefore I expect to use them almost daily next Winter. The charcoal is a lovely shade; if they don't get (too) baggy after intense use I might eventually get them in another shade. Only thing, the price, at $115.00 is a little steep.
I bought a navy pair in size XS a few months ago. The positives are - they are super comfy to wear, they stand up to a walk on the windy east coast of Scotland and are brilliant for throwing on after I’ve been sea swimming. What I would say though is even the XS is a touch big for me (I am a 6/8) and possibly as a result they bag around the knee, but that could be due to them being pure wool rather than a wool/elastine mix. So they don’t look pretty in my opinion but they have been a great practical buy for me and will get lots more wear
Pleased with them. I'm a size 10 so the S fits nicely and not tight at all; they are comfy, very thin/light, and the waist band is really soft, without leaving a mark on the skin. They are long in a good way and you can ruche them. The dark navy are very dark (they seemed "lighter" on the photograph. They washed well (wool programme and I dried them flat); I might buy another pair in a different colour.

Thank you for your review, really happy to hear you are delighted with your Merino Lounge Pants. Please note we do only recommend hand washing on all our woollen items, as often the washing cycle is too harsh for the delicate fibres. Kindest regards Celtic & Co
Pleased with them. I already had black lounge pants in medium. Love those. I purchased navy - very dark navy - hard to distinguish except in good daylight! I wanted a neater fitting pair now that spring is coming. We hope.
