Fairly snug. I am 6ft and 75kg lean. It fits snug -can have a thin jumper underneath. Warm enough without a jumper to about 10 degrees Celsius. Then below that you’d want a jumper. Very good quality and well made.

Excellent fit and feel. So far seems very robust against the weather conditions for which it was bought.

Worn the jacket almost daily since I got it, so yes I like it especially with the wet weather we have been having. Only gripe is sizing is not as shown in the picture so had to guess it. Got xxl because I normally wear size 42 jacket. Expected it to be more fitting over shirt ended up being oversized.

I found this jacket perfect for layering over a t-shirt or a shirt. The quilting keeps you warm and the elements out. Can be dressed up or down. Excellent quality and value for money. I ordered S and am 168cm, 62kg

It's silly to give this item one star: It's obviously very solid and from handling it I'd expect it to last a long while. It's just really cramped. I ordered a large cardigan and the XXL version on this 'shirt' (it's a light jacket, really) and the XXL came out a little too small ing length. And there was no way I was wearing the cardigan under it: The arms are a very tight fit. I have no idea how they photographed the model because I wouldn't be able to wear anything woolen under this and expect to move my arms. A minor nuisance is that this jacket has no zippered pockets (in or out) meaning I can't store my wallet or phone anywhere without fear of them falling out when handling the jacket.

Although advertised as “48” chest the fitting is extremely tight and unwearable with any shirt / tee shirt underneath!

More than an over shirt, warm and shower proof.

Overall a fantastic jacket. Very well made and excellent quality materials. Also somewhat unique style-wise. Only two things that I’d comment that could be improved. As this is styled as a shirt, the top three poppers/fasteners are, perhaps, a little too literal in their shirt-style placement. The top two poppers are a little high and the third a little low. I think two poppers, with slightly different placement, would be an improvement. The other point is the size, which is perhaps just a smaller than one might expect for a 48” (the size I bought). It’s fits fine over a thin sweater, but I’d love just a tiny bit more room in the shoulders. The arms, while perfect in length, are a little narrow. The wool lining, which is wonderful, does of course take up a bit of space. Overall, though, these are very small concerns and don’t detract at all from my enjoyment of the jacket. It is fast becoming a firm favourite. The website says they won’t be restocked. I hope this is not the case, as it is a most excellent and rather unique waxed shirt-jacket.
