West Pentire Poppy Fields
In early summer, near our hometown of Newquay, the West Pentire arable fields explode into what is described by The National Trust as 'a riot of red poppies and yellow corn marigolds'. It truly is a beautiful, short lived sight to behold, so here at Celtic & Co., each year we eagerly await news that the fields have bloomed and head down between Holywell Bay and Crantock Beach with our cameras ready to capture this natural spectacle.
