Material
Made with 100% Sheepskin: There's a reason why we use sheepskin so much. This incredible material balances form with function, offering a chic look with lightweight insulation in the winter and temperature regulation when the warmer months roll around.
For these reasons and many more, we guarantee you'll be turning to this stylish investment time after time!
Please be aware that as sheepskin is a natural product, variances within the colour and texture of these products is to be expected.
Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.
Care
Washing Instructions
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.
Ratings & reviews
Write a reviewI have just bought my third pair of these boots and I absolutely love them. They are really comfortable, cosy and they look much better than traditional slippers. I practically live in them during the winter.
I LOVE my boots. They are so warm and comfy I always had cold feet and now I don't. The size is perfect.
Love these boots. On my third pair over a lot of years and wearing. Arrived in time to wear over Christmas which I wasn't expecting - bonus! Didn't take as long to bed down this time. I will still use my old ones but only for keeping my feet warm in my studio and realistically, I could have carried on wearing them for at least another year or more. Happy New Year

Thank you for your kind review and happy new year to you too.
These are wonderful! Keep feet and calves warm and toasty, a real bonus when we're saving on heating costs. Took the fitting advice - yes they felt a little snug out of the box, but soon adjusted to fit perfectly. Thanks Celtic, a lovely product (can we have them in a darker colour too?!)

Thank you we will pass on your feedback to the product team. Kind regards
Bought these with trepidation as they are expensive. I was concerned about the sizing as my feet and legs suffer badly from any draughts and cold. I have to wear at least 2 pairs of socks, one thin one thick, the thicker the better. I also have to make sure not to wear anything too tight that restricts blood flow.Decide to go with the size I normally wear with thick socks. They were very tight when I tried them on especially round the instep. Took off the thick socks, then decided to wear them in barefoot. The boots were so warm and my feet were so toasty and no socks! After a day put a thin sock on and they are now a perfect fit. The sheepskin fits snuggly around your feet and legs but because it's cushioning fits without feeling tight. I did think I wouldn't be able to get my PJs, jeans etc tucked into the boots but they are just fine. I would have liked a binding around the top edge of the boots as I'm thinking it might get out of shape with pulling them on in time. We shall see. Would be nice to have a darker colour. I did splash some water on my boots whilst in the kitchen and did think it might stain but it hasn't. They are well made with strong stitching I'm extremely happy with my boots and would definitely recommend them for anyone like me who's feet suffer from the cold. Brilliant!
Second pair purchased, absolutely love them. Excellent in every way
My new house boots have just arrived and they are exactly as I knew they would be. Beautifully made, gorgeous to look at and soooooo comfy. Thumbs up Celtic, I can always rely on you!
Just the most FANTASTIC “slippers” ever!! Absolutely love these! My 2nd pair & worth every penny! My feet, ankles & lower calves are always so snuggly & warm! My only wish- a slightly darker colour would be a bonus!
Worth the investment. I never would have dreamed of spending so much on house boots, but they have barely been off my feet since purchasing. If I get wear out of these for 6 months of chilly nights over 10 years, then they’ll be worth every penny! Hoping to buy for daughter if I catch them at sale price.
As always, beautiful house boots. Excellent customer service as expected. I ordered the size 8 as I thought this size would be a better fit to my rather hobbit-like feet! I should have taken more notice of the fitting advice and had to return them for a size 7. Still had these gorgeous boots within a week of my original order - thank you so much. From boots to bags, from garments to sheepskin slippers, everything I have ever purchased from Celtic & Co has been of quality and a joy to receive. Kindest Regards
